Church Leader Collective Worship
Ben Phillips (Church Family Worker) from St Andrew's Church, Oakington does a weekly Collective Worship.
Celebration Assembly
Every Friday, we have a Celebration Assembly where Achievement and Progress certificates are presented, and children who have earned medals and certificates out of school can be presented with their awards.
We also celebrate birthdays in Birthday Club with Miss Childs, with whom children who have had a birthday recently get to sit down and share what they did or are doing for their birthdays. They are also given a scented birthday sticker!
Our House Captains give a House Points update.
Reading rewards are presented by class teachers.
Finally, we reward the most punctual classes with the Early Bird Trophy.
Golden Leaf Assemblies
At the end of each half-term, we have a Golden Leaf Assembly. Children who have stood out for having shown excellent determination, a conscientious attitude to work, and followed the school values throughout the half-term are awarded this accolade. The parents of these children are secretly invited in advance to join us in the assembly to celebrate their achievements.
GenR8 Assemblies
Occasionally, we have a group called GenR8 who deliver Collective Worship.
