The LGB structure has subcommittees, individual responsibilities and link roles.

The LGB has two subcommittees, resources and finance, that provide structure and space to deeply discuss the delegated business.  All decisions are made at the full LGB.  The subcommittees are bound by the LGB subcommittee terms of reference.

Individual governors take responsibility for specific link roles such as finance, quality of education, inclusion, safeguarding.  Which governors and their links are included in the information about governors on the Governance page.

We use a Subject Buddy scheme where a Governor is linked with the subject lead to perform monitoring of each of the school subjects.   The subject buddy links are included in the information about governors on the Governance page.
