We achieved an outstanding sustainable travel award in December 2011, one of only 3 schools in Cambridgeshire to be given the award at outstanding level.

We are a Bike It school, encouraging travelling to school in healthy ways, and in May 2014 we achieved our Gold Bike It Award, the only school in East Anglia and one of 16 in the country to have done so. 

We are  an Eco School and achieved our Silver Eco Schools Award in  July 2012. We decided that looking after the environment and making the best use of the resources we have been given both for now and for the future is an important part of the the caring, Christian ethos of the school.

We have a Gardening club and grow fruit trees, herbs, vegetables and a variety of plants and sell some of our produce to parents after school so that we can buy more seeds. We encourage healthy eating and avoid waste wherever possible.
